Katie was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where she met her husband, Aaron (Pastor). She has 4 children, ages 12, 10, 6, and 5. She has been a follower of Christ since she was 12 years old and surrendered to a life of ministry service when she was 15. She believes that it was the strong support of her local church and parents who deeply loved Jesus as the reason for her own passion for Christ.
Recently, she graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Biblical Studies from Leavell College of New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.
